You can create different application forms for each vacancy as well, using our drag-and-drop form builder.
A lot. VacancyBase uses industrial strength databases which will perform great at millions of records. We've stopped counting when we've reached over 250.000 applicants for one single vacancy. Filtering applicants and searching for candidates is still very fast at those numbers.
Yes you can! VacancyBase offers a specialized mailbox for every user. You can send your own email messages to applicants, or use mail templates for convenience. When an applicant replies to your email, their message will be stored with their application automatically, so you don't have to search your Outlook mailbox.
Yes, every CV and motivation letter is stored in the database, so you can search them for specific keywords or other information.
You can create appointments, which you can send as Google or Outlook Calendar items. Every appointment is stored in the VacancyBase Calendar as well.
Yes, every vacancy and candidate has a timeline which shows you all changes, messages, communication and more.

We offer an API that will return your vacancies as HTML, XML or json data. Application forms can be used in an iframe, or loaded using jQuery for example. If you need help, please contact us.
If you want to connect VacancyBase to a backend system, like your personnel information system or a data warehouse, we offer several solutions. VacancyBase can unlock it's data to other systems using XML or json-data.

It's very easy to upgrade your account. Just login into you account and select the account you need. You can contact us as well.
We have a fair use policy. If you go over the maximum amount of applicants for your account very often, we'll ask you to upgrade your account.
Technically, there is no difference. We like to call someone who has applied to one of your vacancies an applicant. Candidates are applicants that you have screened and deem minimally qualified for the job opening.
